Georgia Sacred Soils – The Atlanta Chapter built a pair of traveling exhibits to educate the public about Georgia Revolutionary War battle sites. Click here to read more. National Wreaths Across America Day each December, volunteers place wreaths on individual veterans’ graves in over 1,100 locations throughout the US., with ceremonies at sea, and at each of the national cemeteries on foreign soil. Wreaths Across America started as a grass-roots effort to remember those willing to serve and sacrifice. But each year we see an increasing number of corporate and industry donors who step up to help us honor more veterans, at Arlington National 
Bushnell Monument – The Atlanta Chapter raised funds to place a monument for a forgotten hero of the Revolutionary War. In Warrenton, Georgia a cenotaph (memorial) was dedicated to honor Captain David Bushnell, the inventor of the Revolutionary War submarine. Read about this visionary and the dedication here.
Cemetery and in over 1,100 local communities nationwide. Recognizing the sacrifices made by our military families is good for business, and many of our corporate supporters also have made pledges to hire our veterans and keep America strong.
Fort Morris Research – The Atlanta Chapter, using proceeds from the sale of our book has completed a first round of archeological research at Fort Morris State Park. This research has yielded exciting results. The report from ground penetrating radar analysis of the site can be read here. Kettle Creek Research – The Atlanta Chapter has been participating with the Kettle Creek Battlefield Association in various research activities at the battle site. This research is ongoing and has yielded some fascinating results with the use of ground penetrating radar and cadaver dogs.
